Ganga Puja is the annual ceremony of gratitude to the holy water of the river Ganga. Grateful for the fertilisation and abundance that the river offers we offer in return fire, songs and prayer to the water.
International Day of Yoga
The Ganga river connects to the ocean and therefore we make use of the opportunity to offer our service and gratitude to the Atlantic Ocean surrounding our island Tenerife. Through this offering we are able to reach the waters of Ganga. The Ganga Puja ceremony was held at the end of the International Day of Yoga on playa Emramada. The blessed presence of Vaiyasaki Das and his wife Kishori who lead the kirtan made it into a memorable day.
